Some people have waited to the last minute and are running quickly out of time and we are able to help.
We are interested in lowering recidivism. In other words we want to help keep you out of jail and out of the court systems. Our aim is to incorporate activities you enjoy to make your time here as pleasant as possible.
QUICK QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
1. HOW DO I GET STARTED? SCAN AND EMAIL
OR SEND IN FOR MAILING ADDRESS. INCLUDE
YOUR ORDER TO DO COMMUNITY SERVICE
AND IF APPLICABLE PAPERWORK WITH YOUR
JUDGEMENT
2. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Option 1-charges a PROFESSIONAL fee if you
opt for the education portion. If not you will
be charged $189, but must manage your own
case. This works best for the rebel.
Option 2-$48 we will send you somewhere. Option 2-Has a flat fee of $48 if you go out to where we send you and like it. It'll
be a place you like as there's been no complaints.
3. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
If you choose to be CASE MANAGED, you will
be guided from start to finish. In other words
as long as it takes you to complete your
work, while also giving your case manager
time to get your confirmation in.
See #5-It's faster if you e-mail from an
account like AOL, EARTHLINK, COMCAST.
4. WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE A BABYSITTER?
OR CAN'T LEAVE THE HOUSE FOR LONG
PERIODS OF TIME? Option 1 might work best
for you.
5. How do I know if this is legitimate?
Go to Guidestar. They are like the IRS.
Another option is simply to phone either of
them. Yet on-line is faster let's be honest this
is 2013! We work with courts and officials
from all over the country
As mentioned before if you have waited to the last minute and aer quickly running out of time we can develop a program for you so you can complete your hours on time. We have been able to work with the system so you avoid repeats, jail and the other dramas that come with such.
Note: For those who require confidentiality like medical professionals,
or public officials we keep your information confidential unless you or others feel that you are a danger to yourself or others (DTS or DTO).
We must then phone your emergency contact and or ask you to dial 911.
Under no circumstances do we divulge your private information. We do
not have a Duty to Report requirement (DTR). What you report is your
choice not ours. In rare cases we may exercise the DTW (Duty to Warn)
law. Yet, technically we are free of that requirement as well. Nevertheless, you will be asked to see a counselor and state so in writing and abide by the no-harm contract.
For e.g. there was a physician who wanted to get published in the
AMA Journal. He wanted to do so to improve the status of his career
and because it was a personal goal he had for years. Yet, every time he went to do his research he heard his dad's voice in his head from when he was 7-years old telling him we was worthless. Other times, when he went to do his research, he'd just freeze and tell himself that too much time had passed. He had received his 3rd DUI and again, due to professional courtesy etc., was offered diversion. When working with us, he felt comfortable enough to disclose this information which he had not shared with anyone else. He naturally was afraid his employer might find him incompetent etc. He also was afraid people might think he had a psychological disorder. We worked with him and he has successfully
moved on and doesn't feel isolated because he was able to share the secret, guilt, and shame that burdened him for years The man no longer
feels tormented and can now freely choose to complete his research. He
also reports that he drinks less, especially under stressful situations
since he is better able to deal with his feelings. The man no longer
