PRE-TEST
Why we leave the phone lines clear?

Let’s say you’re done with your hours. Those with additional authority in your case are wanting to verify your hours as complete. So, why would we spend 20-30 minutes with you answering questions that are already here, when others i.e.you will have a need for the lines to be clear. Sure, we send electronic and traditional
verification and proof to your lawyer if applicable. Yet, you can never be too cautious, overdoing is better than leaving an opportunity for error. After all it is your livelihood i.e. confidentiality, family, career, school, future etc.

Go to Guidestar. They are a major reference guide FOR THE NON-PROFIT
WORLD. Another option is to simply phone either GUIDESTAR OR THE IRS (INTERNAL
REVENUE SERVICE). Of course, doing the research on-line is faster, this is
2013!

It depends on you, what your interests are and what will be fun. Historically, our program participants have enjoyed helping to distribute and create print and electronic educational materials to the disparsed.

If you are ready and aren’t using stall tactics aka wasting time. In other words, scan and email in a copy of your court paperwork, then you will be asked to call in at a certain time based on your availability and our schedule. We will make sure that your hours are reported in a timely fashion. You will be assigned a case manager to help you from start to finish.

Question of the Day

What if I’m still unsure this seems too good to be true?
Contact the judge and officials yourself. Just like you are good at what you do they have access to databases just like cops and can verify for you.

Question of the Week
What kind of email account do I need?
Answer: One from your INTERNET service provider.
e.g.’s: comcast, cox, to name a few.

If you have a wireless e.g. broadband account make sure to provide proof if applicable.

Your court paperwork is the information given to you during your time at court.  All court paperwork including your photo if you were arrested is public information. If we have to get it for you it will cost you extra, including time.

You don’t. You can go somewhere else. Here you are taught things to improve yourself and given the opportunity to help with the mentoring program. You are given specialized instruction and hours that meet your needs. If you want to work
at the local food bank etc. then go for it, no one is stopping you. Remember our goal is to help lower recidivism. This means keep you out of jail and the court system.

Simply go to your local library and ask one of the techs or librarian aides to assist you. This should not cost you any money. Although, you may need a library card. You may go to a local copy shop and they can guide you which more than like you will be charged you a fee to use their service, yet we accept no liability for any personal documents you entrust them with, and it is up to you to ensure they were received per your request.

To play it safe we phone for you ahead of time and double-check. Then ask you to take some proactive steps before you officially begin. In general we have a list of courts we work with throughout the nation, either way we get you verified.

Technically no. How we mirror a church is sunshine. And that we ask you to at read Psalm 91 and or depending on your own values recite a positive affirmation. If you opt for a positive affirmative only we will guide you if need be.

Yes, you can be transgendered and be a part of the program. You can be whomever you are. No one cares, our focus is rehabilitation not discrimination. Our aim is to help you grow while reaching out to other community members, not change you. We aim to make this part of your life a pleasant experience.

The answer to that has been no. Yet, if a parent is willing to monitor their child’s progress if they are under the age of 18, then we will see. If the minor doesn’t have any healthy parents then that’s another story.

You are. We suggest you do some research on enmeshment. Sometimes once you loosen the grip it gives leeway for those you care for to take the first step. Yet, remember you can only change yourself. And word is that once you change then due to the laws of psychology and physics others in your world will also change.

POP QUIZ: Do you take all crimes? The answer in the past has been no.

Yet due to demand and our organizational mission, we consider all persons who want to give back to the community. You may have to wait to do direct work
with vulnerable members of the community, like kids, because you may have to be accompanied by law enforcement. Yet, if you decide to do things like give a public presentation, it can be done. People are pretty intuitive… and know if you have grown for the better.

Wow, that’s great you have done some leg work for a person you care for, and found this place. Yet, it’s their responsibility to read the website and see if it is something they are interested in. The people here have committed to a healthy way of living. This means we do things like try to avoid enmeshment and enabling. It’s a partyof recovery. So, we welcome your solicitations via e-mail if you want help for you. Other than that we ask that you step off and let the accused party read the site for themselves. If you’d like a specialized program, coaching or case management for yourself feel free to join our supporters program. Make it a family affair. Your fee will be less since you are not considered a criminal and aren’t working on deadline. Yet, you will be given a matriculation date nevertheless. And you too will be asked to come back at a later time usually within a year or so, to let us know how you’re doing.

If cheating is suspected we will have a peace officer verify your identity a second time by visiting your residence. In some cases we will ask you to turn in your assignment(s) using a pencil rather than having the privilege of using the keyboard. We do try to avoid your place of employment since that can be embarrassing.

We all do, it’s called life. Just kidding. Seriously, if you do make a mistake we simply ask that you admit it to yourself first then to us, and we will work with you not against you.

We only accept US Postal Money Order. One being if you try to commit identity theft then it automatically goes from a state level to the federal level, and this saves us all time since the feds tend to move a little faster. Plus, an overwhelming of the
majority of people are trying to get out of trouble. Other payment options have been explored in the past but through careful research they have all been denied. If you can come
up with a better method feel free to include research backing this up which shall include how this is safe for both you and the organization.

Blessings unto all.
